Sexual harassment is a problem that continues to plague the Society; especially impacted are minoritized junior scholars. Addressing this problem requires concerted efforts to notice and disrupt harmful interactions. Core questions: What types of interactions should we be better at noticing & pausing before enacting? How do we mitigate harm via interruption, redirection and/or explicit conversation?
