This poster presents the co-design and iterative refinement of a 12-week, work-integrated learning pathway preparing underrepresented learners for medical imaging careers. Developed through a partnership between a nonprofit workforce organization and a medical imaging company, the program integrates e-learning, virtual instruction, and clinical rotations. Grounded in Design-Based Implementation Research and situated learning, findings across four cohorts highlight the importance of authentic workplace participation, structured mentorship, and co-design for mutual benefit.
