This RPIP study refined From Here to There (FH2T), a game-based algebra application, by positioning educators as pedagogical architects. Through iterative feedback loops, practitioners directly influenced critical features like the Teacher Console, ensuring classroom-readiness and scalability. Results demonstrate that FH2T democratizes math by decoupling conceptual logic from computational barriers. By grounding learning in perceptual engagement, the game transforms students from passive rule-followers into agentic "Doers," dismantling traditional gatekeepers to algebraic success.
