#785: Building Effective Teacher-Researcher Collaboration Through Thought Partnership

This paper presents a case study of a teacher and researcher who worked together as part of a larger research-practice partnership. Collaborative reflection on the development and success of their work together over time highlighted several critical events in their learning process. The case describes these events as well as common themes that emerged across them and how they supported changes in the teacher’s practice. Implications for teacher learning and effective professional development are discussed.
