How can AI scaffold collaboration in voluntary online communities without over-scripting participation? This poster presents Principle-Driven Micro-Script Generation (PDMSG), an LLM-based approach that translates activity objectives, local constraints, learning principles, and recent community activity logs into optional weekly suggestions for each member. In a seven-week deployment of PDMSG in BookClub, text volume per Presence increased without a corresponding rise in post-count density, and participants rated the suggestions as readable and minimally coercive.
