#564: EnactingBoard: AI-mediated Dialogue for Developing Empathic Negotiation Skills in Higher Education

This study proposed a three-step learning method to cultivate the skill of sustaining dialogue with emotional opponents and implemented it in the form of the EnactingBoard web application. This system integrates generative AI to simulate adversarial dialogue, reflection, empathic understanding, and counterfactual analysis. This study demonstrates how AI-mediated dialogue can provide a novel approach for developing empathic negotiation skills in higher education.
