Research-Practice Partnerships (RPPs) often rely on boundary infrastructure to explain how collaboration is organized, but this lens overlooks how teacher agency is cultivated. We introduce belonging infrastructure, the designable features of collaboration that legitimize participant contributions and make belonging visible. Evidence from a teacher co-design workshop demonstrates how this construct provides a new lens for intentionally designing partnerships that foster teacher leadership, build district capacity, and expand who feels authorized to teach computer science.
