#968: Community Learning Agendas: Aligning Community Knowledge and Collective Inquiry to Address Societal Challenges

Wed Jun 17, 4:15 PM–5:45 PM · Outdoors

The most pressing societal challenges cannot be solved in isolation. We introduce community learning agendas as a conceptual and practical tool for aligning and orienting local knowledge and collective inquiry toward solutions. Drawing upon literature in education, organizational science, and public policy research, we define community learning agendas as evolving sets of ideas about who needs to learn what to address issues of mutual concern.
