This qualitative study explores how GenAI Use Case Scenarios spark critical dialogue about GenAI in education among high school graduates with special education and neurodiverse experiences. Drawing on Cultural-Historical Activity Theory (Engeström & Sannino, 2010), justice-driven inclusive education (Waitoller & Artiles, 2013), and DisCrit (Annamma et al., 2013), this study positions youth as philosophers of technology (Vakil & McKinney de Royston, 2022) and co-designers of AI policy. Findings reveal the critical insights marginalized voices bring to conversations about responsible GenAI use in schools.
