This study conducted learning experience network analysis on end-of-course reflections from a graduate performance support systems course to examine what worked, what struggles were encountered, and the links to principles from learning theories. Thematic coding resulted in a network map with clustering that revealed distinct learning ecologies. The clusters point to personally meaningful paths toward human flourishing and inform targeted design moves that reduce barriers and support a more humane, project-based learning environment.
