#768: Attending to Relations of Care as Learning Through Collaborative Design with an Alternative School Community

We describe a collaborative community-based design research project with the purpose of reimagining education alternatives rooted in care. In the poster, we share data from a discussion of a multimodal text among students, teachers, staff, researchers, and community partners from an alternative school community to argue that collective sense-making of how care is offered and received is dialogic, articulating multiple simultaneous meanings.
