#295: Coherence in Online Micro-Credential Professional Development

Coherence supports meaningful teacher professional learning. While micro-credentialing offers flexibility, it may lead to fragmentation. This study (N=541) identified three dimensions—Curricular, Transitional, and Epistemic. Findings suggest a multidimensional structure, with Role–Cluster Alignment as the strongest predictor of Curricular Coherence.
